What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead campaigns that grow our audience, strengthen our brand, and drive measurable business results. In this role, you’ll oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives, collaborate across teams, and optimize the customer journey from awareness to retention. You’ll bring a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution to ensure every campaign delivers impact.
Responsibilities:
Thumbnail Management and Collaboration
- Architect and execute high-velocity thumbnail growth experiments on Roblox
- Develop and execute comprehensive conversion rate optimization strategies for multiple games
- Report on program performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Work closely with Product teams and Marketing to align messaging, optimize retention, and improve user experience
- Collaborate with vendors and the Central Art Team ****to implement conversion-focused improvements
Content and Brand Marketing
- Develop messaging frameworks, brand narratives, and marketing copy across platforms
- Work with designers, product managers, and creators to produce high-quality content (website, blogs, videos, social posts, job descriptions, ads)
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints
- Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, updates, campaigns, and partnerships
- Support community, creator, influencer, and partnership initiatives with integrated marketing support
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Define and monitor KPIs tied to acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
- Run data-backed experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and scalability
- Report campaign performance and insights to leadership on a regular cadence
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in website/platform optimization techniques, conversion rate optimization, and user experience design
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably in gaming, tech, entertainment, or consumer digital products
- Experience running A/B tests, campaign optimization, and performance reporting
- Excellent communication skills and presence for collaboration with diverse teams of executive and non-executive, technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through experimentation
- Obsessively data-driven with strong analytical and synthesis skills
