About Twin Atlas
We are a Las Vegas based game studio born on the Roblox platform and built by people who genuinely love this community. As a community-first studio, we care as much about our worlds and players as we do about the people building them. That mindset has helped us grow into one of the most innovative teams on Roblox, pushing boundaries, shaping culture, and setting new standards across the platform.
With over 8B game visits, 44M monthly players, and a 19M member community, our worlds have become a core part of the Roblox ecosystem. We’re a ten-time winner of the Roblox Innovation Awards and recognized as builders of the future of the platform. From Creatures of Sonaria and Dragon Adventures to World // Zero and Horse Life, we create experiences that players live in, not just visit.
About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to embed inside one of our cracking game teams. Your role is to grow that game by any means necessary.
This is not a strategy seat with people underneath you. You have no direct team. You have a game, a budget, a community manager to work with, a game team to root for your success and every lever on the platform. You're in the tools daily: cutting thumbnails, writing titles, briefing creators, reading the funnel, shipping the next test before launch. And interacting with the game team. We actually expect you to find trends that the game team can implement in the game.
Talking about being a part of the game team. You'll live closer to the game team than to marketing. You sit in their standups, you know the content roadmap, and you know which update is going to move numbers before it ships. When we launch a new title, you'll pitch in on the go-to-market and bring back what you learned.
The right person here is genuinely obsessed with the Roblox algorithm and the creator ecosystem. The right person also has a strong point of view on what the algorithm rewards this month, which is often not what it rewarded last month.
Responsibilities:
- Own growth for your game. QPTR is your North Star. Other stars include CCU, impressions, click-through, D1, playtime. If the number moves, you know why.
- Test thumbnails and titles constantly. We have artists. We have art outsourcing. And yet we’re looking for someone who can also make thumbnails themselves with AI tooling, ship them, read the results, iterate. We want volume of tests, not perfection of one
- Work the algorithm. Understand what Roblox discovery rewards right now and position the game to catch it. Sponsored ads, search terms, tags, descriptions, update timing, all of it
- Run creator campaigns end to end. We have a network of creators. We want you to work with them and find more creators. Brief them, negotiate, track what they deliver, and cut the ones who cash the cheque and post nothing
- Run paid where it pays. Roblox ads, YouTube, TikTok, and anything else that clears the bar. Creative wins here, not bid tuning
- Run free where it pays more. Community moments, cross-promotion, platform events, trends you can hijack in 24 hours.
- Partner with the Community Manager on the content calendar, social, and turning players into advocates. Community manager is your Robin.
- Support new game launches with go-to-market, test-market reads, and everything you've learned from running a live title. There’s constantly something coming down the pipe and you’ll take turns with other Marketing Managers to help new games ship.
- Report like an operator. Weekly, honest, with confidence levels. You tell us fast when something isn't working
Requirements:
- 3+ years in growth, product marketing, UA, or creator marketing for games or consumer apps
- A test-and-learn instinct. You'd rather run ten scrappy experiments than one polished campaign
- Hands-on creative skill. You can make a thumbnail that beats the incumbent, not just brief one
- AI fluency that's actually operational. You use image models, agents and automation to move faster than teams twice your size. Tell us what you've built
- Creator economy experience. You've briefed creators, negotiated deals, and watched a stream knowing in five minutes whether the game is landing
- Comfort with numbers. Funnels, cohorts, CPI, retention. You reach for the data before the anecdote
- The autonomy to operate without a manager checking your work. Nobody is handing you a plan
Bonus:
- Bonus: Roblox, UEFN, or any UGC platform. If you've done creator-led growth on TikTok or YouTube at scale, that counts too
Location:
- Fully remote, but if Vegas sounds exciting, we can chat about relocation options.
