What we are looking for

We're looking for an Animator to join us on an exciting new Anime-style game. If you've got a strong portfolio of R15 animation, from emotes and movesets to multi-rig combat, cutscenes and camera work, you're the person to bring this game to life.

Responsibilities:

• Creating R15 character animation across emotes, movesets and multi-rig combat.
• Animating cutscenes, including camera animation that sets the tone and pacing of key moments.
• Working closely with designers and engineers to make sure animations feel great in-game and hit gameplay timing.
• Importing, testing and iterating on animations in Roblox Studio, fixing issues as they come up.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of animation experience, using industry standard tools
• A strong portfolio showing R15 animation work (required).
• Experience animating combat, ideally including multi-rig interactions.
• Cutscene and camera animation experience.
• Comfortable working in Roblox Studio and with Roblox animation pipelines.
• Based in an EU or EST timezone (unfortunately this is a hard requirement for this role).

Location:

• This is a remote-first role for candidates ideally located in the EU. However, we are open to EST timezone candidates for this role.

Compensation:

• $40,000 - $70,000 + Bonus. Most offers land within this range. If your experience sits outside it in either direction, we'd still like to have the conversation.
